Image content collected in an IoT system is helpful for monitoring natural disasters. We propose a protocol called RBT-MP for collecting image content in Wi-Fi multihop communication and a self-sustained wind power supply called Nishikaze. If wind of 3m/s is blowing for 6 hours a day, image content of 500KB can be collected at a 10 minute interval.
