We propose a dynamic pseudonym changing scheme considering communication delay for location privacy protection. In this scheme, we reduce the number of RSUs to update frequency of pseudonyms. In addition, we mitigate influence of communication delay on performance of location privacy protection. In evaluation, we confirm that the proposed scheme considers communication delay and can sufficiently change pseudonyms.
