Human factors, which has the concept of “human-centered design” at its core, and AI technology, which can eliminate the need for human intervention, seem to be contrary to each other. However, we have challenged that general conception by successfully integrating the two and came up with new proposals for product design of automobiles and home appliances, and safety management methodologies for aviation and medical care.
