Maintaining cell functionality in expanding cell culture depends on an experience of skilled person. From the view point of engineering, the efficacy of cell culture is not stable. In this study, we optimized the existing cell culture processes using engineering methods and reprogrammed the protocol to improve performance and robustness of cell culture.
